Document a detailed log of all changes made, as well as rationales for maintaining any original elements, highlighting sound choices and clear decision-making. Interpret and improve executive-level materials such as property performance reviews, guest experience summaries, food and beverage strategies, and occupancy or demand forecasts. Communicate message hierarchy and defend exhibit choices, ensuring presentations are tailored for senior or client-facing audiences. Participate in flexible, sprint-based project cycles that match your availability, with each slide assignment typically requiring 1–2 hours. Preferred Qualifications At least 3 years of direct experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, or food and beverage sectors. Proven skill in constructing executive or board-level presentations for industry stakeholders, with advanced PowerPoint capability. Strong written communication skills, with a focus on clarity, attention to detail, and effective data visualization. Critical thinking and content-editing proficiency, able to identify and enhance both narrative and visual aspects of presentations. Hands-on knowledge of message hierarchy, evidence-supported titling, and effective storytelling within business slides. Comfort with assessing and preserving essential industry frameworks, definitions, and assumptions within presentation content. Experience with AI model training, evaluation, rubric-writing, or similar projects is advantageous but not required.
