Expert Match AI privacy

Expert Match AI is operated by North Kestrel Inc. Resume files and pasted resume text are processed to extract candidate signals and generate opportunity rankings. Full resume text is sent to the configured AI provider for assessment, but the app does not retain full resume text in the local candidate record.

The app stores lightweight profile metadata, assessment activity, source listings, and outbound referral clicks. Do not upload sensitive information that is not needed for opportunity matching.

Questions typed into the site's chat assistant are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. We keep an anonymized log of chat questions and answers (no IP address, account, or identity attached) for up to 90 days to improve the assistant and the site. Don't include personal or sensitive information in chat messages.

If you subscribe to job alerts, your email address is stored so we can notify you about new opportunities. We do not sell or share subscriber emails, and you can request removal at any time via support@expertmatchai.expert.

Some outbound links may include referral codes. Referral compensation is disclosed before redirecting to an external application site.
