In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work Analyze complex criminal law scenarios and provide detailed frameworks for resolution. Draft, review, and refine legal content, including pleadings, motions, and trial strategies. Assess case materials to identify key legal issues, arguments, and procedural considerations. Evaluate ethical dimensions of criminal defense practice and outline best practices for AI learning modules. Deliver expert commentary on trial advocacy techniques and courtroom procedures. Create high-fidelity simulation exercises reflecting real-world legal practice for use in AI model training. Collaborate with project managers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of deliverables. Preferred Qualifications Extensive background as a criminal defense specialist in BigLaw or major law firms. Proven litigation and trial advocacy experience in complex criminal matters. Exceptional skills in legal writing, analysis, and reasoning. Strong grasp of ethical standards and best practices in criminal law defense. Experience reviewing, preparing, or teaching case strategy and procedural safeguards. Familiarity with technology-assisted legal research and digital case management. Track record of contributing to professional development, legal education, or innovation initiatives.
