About this role

micro1 is engaging Biostatisticians to contribute their clinical statistics expertise to a dynamic customer project focused on AI-assisted clinical research. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work Author and review evaluation tasks that require deriving, reproducing, or validating statistical outputs from clinical datasets and associated tables, figures, and listings (TFLs). Apply expert judgment to assess the correctness and consistency of reported estimates
